摘　　要：文章在回顾建国以来我国高等教育规模发展的历史进程的基础上，分析了我国高等教育规模发展过程中存在的主要问题，进而对高等教育如何实现又好又快的发展进行了思考。Based on a review of the historical course of scale development of China＇s higher education since the foundation of the Republic, the present author analyzes the main problems occurred in the scale development, and reflects on the ways to achieve the sound and rapid development of China＇s higher education.
