国外大学产学合作教育对我国实施卓越工程师教育培养计划的启示

摘　　要：卓越工程师教育培养计划是我国工程教育改革的切入点和突破口，对促进工程教育回归工程、提高人才培养质量具有十分重要的作用。文章主要以滑铁卢大学产学合作教育为例，分析了国外产学合作教育的主要特征，并结合我国的实际，提出了我国实施卓越工程师教育培养计划的几点建议。The plan for educating and cultivating excellent engineers is the starting point as well as the breakthrough point of the national engineering education reform, contributing a lot to the regression of engineering education to engineering circles and the improvement of talent training quality. Taking the cooperative education of production and learning of University of Waterloo as an example, the present author analyzes the main characteristics of overseas cooperative education, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the plan for educating and cultivating excellent engineers in China, with the reality of China taken into consideration.
