摘　　要：近年来，研究生就业指导和思想政治教育实践得到了长足发展，但二者缺乏实质性的联动，在诸多方面出现了错位或相互割裂。文章就此问题进行探讨，分析了影响二者联动的原因，并提出了对策。In recent years, postgraduate employment guidance and ideological -political edueation practice have developed considerably. However, there is no essential interaction between the two, but dislocation and separation in many aspects. Based on an analysis of the reasons for interaction, the essay proposes some countermeasures.
