自制组合式外固定架与传统跟腱延长术治疗外伤性足下垂的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较自制组合式外固定架与传统跟腱延长术治疗外伤性足下垂的疗效。方法将外伤性足下垂患者随机分为2组:传统手术组行传统跟腱延长术,外固定支架组采用自制外固定支架治疗,比较2组患者的手术时间、术中及术后总失血量、术后并发症发生情况、矫正角度。结果外固定架组效果优于传统手术组。结论自制组合式外固定架是治疗外伤性足下垂的良好方法。Objective It is to compare the curative effects between combined external fixating frame self made with traditional tendo calcaneus lengthening procedure on traumatic foot drop.Methods The patients with traumatic foot drop were randomly divided into 2 groups： traditional surgery group was accepted with traditional tendo calcaneus lengthening procedure,external fixating frame group was treated with external fixating frame self made.Operating time,total blood loss during and after surgery,occurrences of complications after operation and correct corner were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of external fixating frame group was better than that of traditional surgery group.Conclusion Combined external fixating frame self made is a good method for treating for traumatic foot drop.
