摘  要:针对油气生产过程中容易出砂和压后测试快速排液时出现的支撑剂回流等问题,采用纤维稳定支撑剂技术配制出了性能优良的纤维压裂液,对该压裂的性能进行了系统评价,并介绍了纤维压裂液在吉林油田的应用情况。通过考察纤维加量(0.1%~0.4%)对压裂液黏度及交联时间的影响,得到了纤维压裂液配方:0.3%瓜尔胶+0.04%SD2-2有机硼交联剂+0.035%过硫酸铵+0.2%T-3纤维+其他添加剂,该纤维压裂液pH值9~10,稳定性良好,并具有良好的延迟交联性能和耐剪切性能,适合于60~65℃的中低温地层。当闭合压力小于20 MPa时,加入纤维的支撑剂导流能力不受影响;常温、170 1/s下连续剪切90 min后黏度保留率为52.86%;破胶水化液的表面张力为23.8 mN/m并且黏度小于5 mPa.s。该项技术在吉林扶余油田东+5-33、东34-201、松原采气厂老4-24井共3口井进行现场施工中取得了良好应用效果。In order to solve the problems,which is frequent appearance of sand flow in the oil gas production process and proppant flowback in the test after fracturing treatments,the fiber-assisted fracturing technology has been used by adding 8 ~ 12 mm length of the short cut T-3 fiber in the conventional fracturing fluid.By examining the influence of fiber dosage(0.1% ~ 0.4%) on the viscosity of the fracturing fluid(FF) and the time of crosslinking,the fiber FF recipes were determined,as follows: 0.3% guar gum+0.04% SD2-2 organic bor crosslinker+0.035% ammonium persulfate+0.2% T-3 fiber + other additives,at pH value of 9 to 10.The fiber FF had good stability and good performance of the delayed crosslinking and resistance to shear performance,suitable for the low-to-moderate temperature formation at 60 ~ 65℃.Conductivity of proppant adding fiber was not affected when the closure stresses was less than 20 MPa.At room temperature shear viscosity retention of the FF is 52.86% after 90 min continuous shear at 170 1/s.The surface tension of the broken FF is 23.8 mN/m and the viscosity is less than 5 mPa·s.3 wells,East+5-33,East 34-201 in Jilin Fuyu Oilfield,and Songyuan gas plant old Well 4-24,had been performed by the technique,and the excellent results of application was obtained.
