摘  要:由AM、DMAM及一种支化单体合成了在水中可形成非均相溶液的预交联共聚物,以相同条件下合成的AM均聚物为对比剂,考察了该共聚物作为驱油剂在温度85℃、盐度30 g/L水溶液中老化3个月后流变性能变化。1 g均聚物和共聚物在100 mL盐水中的溶液,老化前表观黏度分别为1.013和0.604 Pa.s,老化后分别为0.576和1.830 Pa.s;老化后的均聚物和共聚物水解度分别由15.3%和13.2%增至49.7%和42.6%;70℃下在测试频率范围内,老化前后共聚物的G′和G″均高于均聚物,老化后共聚物G′和G″曲线相交点频率增大,即共聚物溶液的弹性大于均聚物;70℃下在测试剪切速率范围内,老化后共聚物溶液的黏度降幅明显小于均聚物,黏度保留率基本上随剪切速率增大而增大。根据以上实验结果并结合核磁共振图谱,认为该共聚物的耐老化机理,一是聚合物分子线团的适度交联,二是DMAM单元阻止相邻酰胺基催化水解作用。推荐该共聚物用作高温高盐环境的驱油剂。A precrosslinked acrylamide compolymer(PCCP),forming heterogeneous solution in water,was synthesized from acrylamide,dimethyl acrylamide,and a branching comonomer as polymer for EOR and the changes in its rheologic characteristics was investigated in 30 g/L salts water at 85℃ in comparison with an AM homopolymer(HP) synthesized under similar conditions.The solutions of 1 gram HP and PCCP in 100 milliliters salts water had apparent viscosity of 1.013 and 0.604 Pa·s in the original state and of 0.576 and 1.830 Pa·s after ageing,respectively;the hydrolysis degree of aged HP and PCCP was raised from original values of 15.3% and 13.2% to 49.7% and 42.6%,respectively;for PCCP,the G′and G″values in the test frequency range both before and after ageing were larger than that for HP and the intersection of the G′and G″curves for aged PCCP was shifted towards higher frequency,which indicated the higher elasticity for PCCP in aqueous solution and,in particular after ageing;the decrease in solution viscosity caused by ageing was significantly smaller for PCCP than that for HP and the solution viscosity retention of PCCP after ageing was practically raised with increasing shear rate.The above experimental results and 1H NMR data showed that the anti-ageing mechanisms for PCCP should include the proper crosslinking in polymer coils and the hindered catalytic hydrolysis of the amide functionalities adjacent to DMAM units in polymer chains.This PCCP was recommended as a polymer for EOR in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs.
