摘 要:由于高温高盐油藏聚合物驱后产出液中的聚丙烯酰胺相对分子质量和水解度发生变化,常规的淀粉-碘化镉浓度检测方法已不适用于见聚油井产出液中聚合物质量浓度的检测。用美国Millipore切向流超滤系统处理见聚油井产出液,消除了盐和表面活性剂等小分子的影响,可准确测定产出聚合物的质量浓度。本文采用淀粉-碘化镉比色法和超滤浓缩干燥法对采出液中的疏水缔合聚合物的质量浓度进行了测定分析,结果表明,超滤浓缩薄膜干燥法不受聚合物相对分子质量和水解度变化的影响,测得的聚合物质量浓度的相对误差小于1.0%,满足现场检测的要求;用淀粉-碘化镉法测得的见聚油井产出液中聚合物质量浓度明显偏低(通常降低100~500 mg/L),且随着水解度的增大而明显,测量误差较大。Relative molecular mass and hydrolysis degree of hydrophobically associating polymer from polymer flooding reservoir were changed significantly in high-temperature and high-salinity reservoir.As a result,the conventional method of starch-cadmium iodine did not adapt to the determination of the polyacrylamide concentration in the produced fluid.The ultrafiltration of treated production fluid in the polymer flood block was established,such as the millipore tangential flow ultrafiltration system,which eliminated the influence of salt and surfactant,so that the polyacrylamide concentration could be determined accurately.The results showed that the film drying method after ultrafiltration and condensation could resist the influence of the change of the polymer's relative molecular mass and hydrolysis degree.The proportional error of the polymer concentration measured by this method lowered 1.0%,and it met the requirement of field determination.In contrast to this method,the polymer concentration examined by the iodine-starch colorimetry method was obviously lower from 100 to 500 mg/L,and the measurement error became larger as the hydrolysis degree increased.
