摘 要:中原油田文东、文南属于深层低渗、异常高温、高压复杂断块油藏。针对该油藏研发的耐温抗盐凝胶体系,以含有五元环结构和强亲水基团-SO3M的共聚物PSLF-1200为主剂,以酚醛树脂和有机铬的复合物为交联剂,外加两种功能性添加剂。对各个组分及用量进行了实验筛选,得到了凝胶驱油体系配方:2000 mg/L PSLF-1200+500 mg/L稳定剂MT-I+1000 mg/L调节剂JN+2000 mg/L复合交联剂。形成的凝胶体系在温度110℃,矿化度20×104mg/L下,黏度达6.1 Pa.s以上,转速120 r/min下剪切60 min后凝胶黏度保持率在90%以上,具有较好的抗剪切性。110℃下长期热稳定达90天以上。人造岩心封堵实验显示该凝胶体系可使岩心渗透率降低80%,最高可提高采收率13%。采用该凝胶体系在中原油田实施30井组,冀东油田实施52井组,工艺成功率100%,措施有效率85%,取得了较好的经济效益。The Wendong and Wennan fault blocks oil reservoir in Zhongyuan,was characterized by deep and low permeability,abnormal high temperature and high pressure.A temperature and salt-resistance gel(TSRG) system was developed,with phenolic resin and organic chromium compound as the complex crosslinking agent and copolymer PSLF-1200 with quinaryheterocylic group and strongly hydrophilic groups-SO3M as the main agent,being composed of 2000 mg/L PSLF-1200 +500 mg/L stabilizers MT-I+1000 mg/L regulator JN+2000 mg/L the complex crosslinking agent,through additives screening experiments with the gelling time and the gel viscosity as criteria.The viscosity of the formed TSRG system could reach to 6100 mPa·s at the temperature of 110℃ in the brine of 20×104 mg/L.After being sheared at the rate of 120 r/min for 60 minutes,the viscosity retain rate of the TSRG was more than 90%.At the same time,the TSRG could maintain steady state up to 90 days under the higher temperature of 110℃.The artificial core plugging experiments showed that the TSRG could reduce 80% of the core permeability and enhance oil recovery up to 13%,being of good application prospects.The TSRG was used in 30 wells at Zhongyuan oilfields and in 52 wells at Jidong oilfields,and the measure success ratio was 100% and the effective ratio is 85%.
