摘 要:为防止油气输送过程中天然气水合物的形成,合成了一种高效气体水合物动力学抑制剂—聚甘油N-环己基马来酰胺酯PGEA-m-n(m=2~10,代表聚合度和n=1~8,代表酯化度),对合成中间体环己基马来酰胺酸(CHMA)和产物PGEA的结构进行了红外光谱表征,以小球停止时间(BST)为指标,采用四氢呋喃法评价了PGEA对水合物的抑制性能。结果表明:加入少量PGEA抑制剂,可使水合物晶体呈二维平面结构生长,从而有效抑制水合物的生成,其最佳加入量为含水量的2%;PGEA的抑制性能远远好于聚甘油;同一浓度下PGEA-M-1的抑制效果好于PGEA-m-n(n>1),聚合度高的聚甘油好于聚合度低的聚甘油,PGEA-6-1和PGEA-10-1具有更好的抑制性能,四氢呋喃法评价其抑制时间分别为152 min和179 min。In order to prevent from the formation of gas hydrate in the oil and gas transportation process,an efficient gas hydrate kinetic inhibitor,polyglycerol(N-cyclohexylmaleamicate) esteramides PGEA-m-n(m(2~10) indicates polymerization degree and n(1~8) indicates degree of esterification),was synthesized.Intermediate product N-cyclohexylmaleamic acid and target PGEA were characterized by FTIR and their inhibition effects were evaluated by THF method with the ball's stop time(BST) as criteria.The results showed that the hydrate formation could be effectively inhibited after adding a spot of PGEA,by controlling the crystal growth in two-dimensional but not in three-dimensional,and the optimal dosage of inhibitor PGEA was about 2% based on the water content.As for the performance,PGEA polyglycerol,PGEA-m-1 PGEA-m-n(n1),and PGEA synthesized from high polymerization degree polyglycerol ——from the low polymerization degree polyglycerol.PGEA-6-1 and PGEA-10-1 had the better inhibition performance,the BST time was 152 min and 179 min,respectively.
