摘　　要：１９８６年１月１日～１２月３１日和１９９６年１月１日～１２月３１日在全国２５个省、市、自治区４０多个有代表性的单位对临床或现场确定的致病真菌进行了动态研究，就病原菌变迁、各区动态情况和具体疾病等作了较详细分析。发现１０年间较易治疗的皮肤癣菌比例下降，而较难治疗的酵母和霉菌比例升高，提示今后应对这些菌加以重视，并研制更广谱的抗真菌药物。An epidemiological survey of pathogenic fungi in patients from hospitals and fields in China including more than 25 provinces of China were carried out in 1986 and 1996 In 1986, there were a total of 9 096 strains of pathogenic fungi collected from more than 41 units in 25 provinces in China 10 years later, there were 18 085 strains of pathogenic fungi from 41 units in 25 provinces including Taiwan collected from January 1 to December 31 in 1996 The results showed that during this decade the commonest pathogenic fungi was Trichophyton rubrum, but its proportion gradually decreased On the contrary, the proportion of Candida albicans gradually increased from the 5th place in 1986 to the 2nd place in 1996
