冷战后中国视角下的印度与东盟关系发展探析

摘　　要：自印度"东向政策"制定、实施以来,印度与东盟在政治、经济、安全领域加强合作。印度与东盟双边关系的发展会对中国的政治经济、安全形势和外交产生影响。中国应积极客观地看待这种关系,趋利避害、把握机遇,利用中印关系中的东盟因素推动中印关系的发展。India and ASEAN have strengthened cooperation in politics,economy and security since formulation and implementation of India’s＂East-oriented＂policy.It points out that the developments will impact the political economy,security situation and foreign affairs.China can look at the relation actively and objectively,strive to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,seize opportunity,the factor of ASEAN will drive the development between China and India.
