摘　　要：文中介绍了微波功率敏感器校准系统的组成,详细阐述了单定向耦合器法校准功率敏感器的原理,对该校准系统测量不确定度的主要来源进行了分析,并结合实际给出了测量不确定度的评定过程。This paper introduces the composition of microwave power sensor calibration system,explains in details the principle of the single directional coupler method to calibrate power sensor,the main sources of uncertainty of measurement are analyzed for this calibration system.And according to the practical example,the paper establishes the evaluation course of uncertainty of measurement.
