摘 要:为了解重庆三峡库区锦橙园树体的营养状况,以重庆三峡库区的江津、开县、忠县和涪陵4个(区)县29个锦橙园叶片为试材,对其进行营养元素的测定。结果表明,N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn元素含量的平均值分别为(2.99±0.29)%、(0.16±0.02)%、(0.89±0.24)%、(4.20±0.74)%、(0.28±0.08)%、(85.66±25.48)mg·kg-1、(28.71±12.38)mg·kg-1、(7.43±2.10)mg·kg-1和(13.59±2.30)mg·kg-1。进一步相关分析表明,这9种营养元素之间存在一定的相关性,其中N和P、Ca呈极显著负相关;Ca与P呈正相关,而与其他营养元素都呈极显著负相关。For the purpose of understanding the nutritional status of Jincheng orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck) orchards in the Three Gorge Reservoir Area, leaf samples were took in 29 Jinchen orange orchards distributed in four counties or districts in the Three Gorge Reservoir Area: Jiangjin district, Kaixian county, Zhongxian county and Fuling district. Leaf nutrient element levels of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were analyzed. The results showed that the average levels of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in leaf were (2.99±0.29)%, (0.16±0.02)%, (0.89±0.24)%, (4.20±0.74)%, (0.28± 0.08)%, (85.66±25.48) mg·kg-1, (28.71±12.38) mg·kg-1, (7.43±2.10) mg·kg-1 and (13.59±2.30) mg·kg-1, respectively. Further correlation analysis indicated that there were relationships between the levels of 9 elements. N was negative correlation with P and Ca, and Ca was positive correlation with P but negative with all other 7 nutritional elements.
