摘  要:为探明近年来柑橘全爪螨田间种群对常用杀螨剂抗性的变化趋势,采用玻片浸渍法于2008—2009年连续2a监测了柑橘全爪螨重庆种群对甲氰菊酯、哒螨酮、阿维菌素和甲维盐4种常用杀螨剂的抗性,同时测定了磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、顺丁烯二酸二乙酯(DEM)和增效醚(PBO)的增效作用。结果表明,柑橘全爪螨对甲氰菊酯的抗性上升速度较快,抗性增长倍数达5.1倍,哒螨酮次之,抗性增长倍数为2.2倍。柑橘全爪螨对阿维菌素的抗性两年间变化很小,相反对甲维盐的敏感性有所升高。增效作用研究表明,TPP对甲氰菊酯、阿维菌素和甲维盐的增效倍数分别为3.2倍、2.0倍和3.8倍。DEM对哒螨酮和甲维盐的增效倍数分别为3.3倍和2.6倍。PBO对甲氰菊酯、阿维菌素、哒螨酮和甲维盐的增效倍数分别为2.7倍、1.7倍、2.4倍和7.2倍。而TPP对哒螨酮以及DEM对甲氰菊酯和阿维菌素均未表现出明显的增效作用。In order to explore the trends of resistance development of Panonychus citri to the commonly applied acaricides (fenpropathrin, pyridaben, abamectin and emamectin benzoate) against citrus red mite, the resistances were continuously monitored in Chongqing in 2008 to 2009 with the slide-dip method. At the mean time, the synergisms of three synergists (TPP, DEM, and PBO) on these four acaricides were also measured. The results showed that the resistance of the citrus red mite to fenpropathrin developed rapidly, and the relative resistance ratio increased 5.1-folds in 2009. Followed by pyridaben, the relative resistance ratio increased 2.2-folds. The susceptibility of the citrus red mite to abamectin was almost the same, while the susceptibility to emamectin benzoate increased by 40% in 2009. The synergism study indicated that toxicities of fenpropathrin, abamectin and emamectin benzoate against the citrus red mite increased by TPP to 3.2, 2.0, and 3.8-folds, respectively. The synergism of DEM to pyridaben and emamectin benzoate increased by 3.3 and 2.6-folds, respectively. The synergism of PBO to fenpropathrin, abamectin, pyridaben, and emamectin benzoate increased by 2.7, 1.7, 2.4, and 7.2-folds, respectively. However, TPP to pyridaben, DEM to fenpropathrin and abamectin had no synergism effects. The above results suggested that the application of fenpropathrin and pyridaben would posses the resistance risk in the field and it was recommended the alternative use of acaricides with different mode of action was needed in practice.
