摘　　要：国土资源信息大量的是空间地理信息,由于现实中各GIS系统存储、管理GIS数据的格式各不相同,空间数据交换标准是实现GIS数据共享的必要途径,国土资源部制定了VCT矢量数据交换格式来实现各类国土资源空间信息的交换,因此解决大量VCT交换格式文件的数据检测问题是一个迫切需要解决的现实问题。通过对VCT格式文件结构的分析,研发了VCT检测工具软件,结合地籍调查数据库成果检测,建立了通用的空间数据库检测标准模版文件。大大提高了VCT格式成果数据的检查、验收工作效率,同时对VCT格式存在的不足和改进提出了建议。Most of the land and resources information are the spatial geographical information. Because the formats for various GIS system storage and GIS data management are different, the spatial data interchange standard must be established for GIS data sharing. To realize the interchanges of various land and resources spatial information, the Ministry of Land and Resources has developed VCT vector data interchange format. Consequently, the data testing work for great amount of VCT interchange format document is an urgent realistic problem to be solved immediately. Through analyzing the structure of the VCT format document we have developed the software of VCT testing tool, and established the testing standard template for the spatial database during the working results testing of the cadastral investigation database. The efficiency of the inspection and acceptance work of VCT format results data has increased greatly. Meanwhile, we have proposed the suggestions concerning the disadvantage and improvement of VCT format.
