摘  要:国内外学者对旅游资源评价大多从资源本身的角度进行研究,而从游客的感知情况进行分析的案例较少。文章从游客感知的角度,分析震后四川旅游资源的吸引力及满意度。研究表明",自然景观"和"大熊猫"是综合得分最高的因子;通过期望值与感知值的求和,发现震后四川旅游资源的综合吸引力仍然较强;基于期望差异理论,采用配对样本t检验测试游客满意度,结果显示,游客对震后到四川旅游的整体满意度不高,均低于期望值,"环境卫生"、"交通便利程度"和"服务及管理"的差值最为明显;运用IPA分析法,进一步说明环境、交通及服务是震后四川旅游业最值得关注的问题。Literature review tells that previous works of tourist resources evaluation are processed mostly in accordance with the quality of tourist attraction and works from the tourists’ perceptions are comparetively rare.This study,based on the tourists’ perceptions,is to analyze the attractiveness of the tourist resources in Sichuan and have comprehensive assessment of tourist satisfaction after the wenchuan earthquake.The results indicate that natural resource and giant panda both have got the highest score;and tourist resources in Sichuan after the Wenchuan earth quake remain to be very much attractive to tourists.In the light of Expectation Difference Theory,Paired-Sample T Test has been applied to analyze the visitors’’ satisfaction.The finding showes that tourist’s overall satisfaciton is generally poorer than their expectation,particularly in factors like,sanitation,transportation,and service and mangement.In conclusion,it is suggested that those three factors mentioned above calls for special concerns and need to be improved.
