摘 要:变频器是中频供电系统中的主要谐波源,同时它也消耗大量的无功功率.对系统谐波补偿进行了讨论,提出了改进方案,并对变频器谐波状况进行分析和测试,使其高功率因数、低谐波特性更加符合工矿企业的要求.在额定负荷工况下,输入电流谐波较小,功率因数更高,令使用其构成中频系统可以不用滤波装置,节省空间和设备,成为工矿企业中频供电系统的理想电源.The converter power supply system is not only the main harmonic sources,but also consumes a large amount of reactive power.The system harmonic compensation was discussed,the proposal to improve the program is presented,and the status of inverter harmonic is analysed and tested to make high power factor and low harmonic order characteristic be more suitable for the requirements of industrial and mining enterprises.At rated load operating conditions,a smaller input current harmonics makes power factor even higher so that the use of its system can not constitute the IF filtering devices,which saves space and equipment and becomes the ideal intermediate frequency power supply system for the industrial and mining enterprises.
