摘  要:为探索岩石变形破坏过程的新检测方法,研究了光纤光栅表面粘贴法在岩石单轴压缩实验中的应用.将裸露的光纤光栅分别沿试件的轴向和环向进行粘贴封装,并在同一位置粘贴应变片以对比结果,在MTS伺服机上进行单轴压缩实验,对加载过程中峰前阶段的轴、环向应变变化进行检测研究.结果表明,光纤光栅测试效果明显优于应变片,沿轴向方向与MTS位移计精度相当,相对误差仅为2.8%;环向测试优于MTS的环向应变计。光纤光栅表面粘贴法可以用于岩石的单轴压缩实验,通过应变传递换算后可以实现与MTS相当的测试精度。这对于提高岩石变形检测水平,实现在线监测具有重要意义.To explore a new testing method of rock deformation and damage,the application of FBG's surface pasting method in uniaxial compression experiments of rock was studied.Two naked FBGs were stuck on a rock sample respectively along axial and radial direction.To compare the result,the electrical strain gauges were pasted on the same position.By the uniaxial compression experiments in MTS,the change of axial and radial strain during loading was tested.The result indicates that the testing effect of FBG is obviously better than the electrical strain gauges,and the radial strain gauge of MTS are coincident with MTS' axial displacement gauge,the relative error ratio is 2.8%.The surface pasting method of FBG can be used in uniaxial compression experiments of rock,and can achieve comparative precision compared to MTS through strain conversion.It has important meaning to increase the test level of rock deformation and achieve long-term and online monitoring in the rock engineering.
