5%鱼肝油酸钠与平阳霉素对猪正常唇组织的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨５％鱼肝油酸钠和平阳霉素对正常组织有无损害作用。方法：共４只微型猪，分别将５％鱼肝油酸钠注入每只猪的一侧上下唇组织中，平阳霉素注入另一侧上下唇，７天及１４天后各处死两只动物，常规组织学处理标本，光镜观察。结果：５％鱼肝油酸钠组表现明显的肌纤维萎缩、消失，但无组织坏死；而平阳霉素组血管外组织无明显变化，仅见血管内、外壁增厚。结论：５％鱼肝油酸钠注入正常组织中会引起组织损害；平阳霉素对血管外正常组织无明显损伤。bjective To investigate the effect of 5% Sodium morrhuate and Pingyangmycin on normal tissue. Methods 4 Minipigs had been used in our study, 5% Sodium morrhuate was injected in pig's upper and lower lips of one side, and Pingyangmycin was injected in the other side. Every two animals were killed after 7 days and 14 days, and routinely historical observation had been made. Results The muscle fiber's wither and disappearance can be seen in all samples in the group of 5% Sodium morrhuate, no tissue necrosis was found; But in Pingyangmycin's group, only the wall of vascular became thickening and the tissues outside vascular are normal. Conclusion 5% Sodium morrhuate must be avoided injecting into normal tissue, it can cause normal tissue damaged; Pingyangmycin is safety to the tissues outside vascular.
