摘  要:提出了一种改进型弧焊逆变器主电路,其逆变开关频率不再受换流电解电容的限制,为采用DSP控制的逆变焊机更完美地控制焊接工艺过程、满足电弧的各种物理特性及外特性和动态特性创造了条件。对比研究了改进型主电路与传统主电路,通过一系列的对比分析、仿真及实验,表明所提出的主电路可以去掉防浪涌冲击电流的软启动电路,减小工频滤波电解电容的容量,进一步减小电源的体积并降低成本;同时在提高效率、提高功率因数、抑制冲击电流、降低谐波畸变率、减少电磁干扰等方面也有所改进。An improved main circuit for arc welding inverter is proposedi,n which the switching frequency is no longer re-stricted by the electrolytic capacitors,o it enables the DSP-controlled inverter welding machine to exploit the perfect con-trol ability on the welding procedure and to satisfy all kinds of requirements for physical propertieso,ut-characteristics and dynamic characteristics of electric arc.The proposed main circuit can remove soft-start circuitr,educe the capacitance of the capacitorst,hus the volume and the cost of the system are further reduced.The adoption of EMI filter in the proposed circuit can suppress the conducted interference.A series of comparative analysis and experiments are carried outa,nd the results indicate that the proposed circuit has many other improvements in increasing the power factor and efficiencyr,e-straining inrush current and the harmonic distortion.
