摘 要:设计并实现了一个基于鼠笼式异步电机的风机模拟实验平台,为风力发电系统研究提供可控的自然风环境。首先分析了风力机的特性,建立了风力机的模型。通过给定风速和实测转速,按照风力机特性计算出输出的转矩。控制异步电机输出同样的转矩,便可实现风力机的模拟。开发了上位机监测与控制软件,由上位机将相应控制指令下传给一台变频器,来控制异步电机完成特性模拟。在变风速和变转速两种典型运行条件下的实验结果表明,上位机界面满足了用户交互的需求,系统能再现风机在各种不同运行环境下的机械特性,并可与双馈发电机配合进行最大风能追踪实验,满足测试和验证风力发电机控制算法的要求。Using a squirrel-cage induction motor(SCIM),an experimental platform is developed as a wind-turbine emulator,which can provide controllable natural wind environment for wind energy converting system(WECS) research.A wind-turbine model is built up after researching the wind-turbine characteristics.For a given wind turbine,the shaft torque is related to the generator speed and wind velocity.The torque-speed characteristics of a wind turbine are physically implemented by an induction motor drive.PC monitoring and control software are developed.An inverter fed induction motor drives the generator as if it is driven by a real wind turbine.The experimental results under some typical conditions of the proposed method show that this scheme is feasible and accurate.The graphical user interface(GUI) of the PC monitoring and control software satisfies the demand of user interactivities.The system can reproduce the torque of a wind-turbine and can be used into the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) experiment.The platform satisfies the requirement of testing and verifies control algorithm of wind power generator.
