摘 要:通过分析混合无功补偿系统的单相等效电路,指出晶闸管投切电容器(Thyristor Switched Capacitor,简称TSC)与配电网静止同步补偿器(Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator,简称DSTATCOM)之间响应速度的差别是影响混合无功补偿系统中DSTATCOM发挥其性能优势的主要原因。为消除响应速度对DSTATCOM性能的影响,提出了两级协调优化控制策略及TSC与DSTATCOM装置容量的最佳匹配方案。在装有TSC与DSTATCOM的简易测试系统上进行了相应的仿真比较研究,结果表明协调优化控制策略成功地消除了响应速度的差别对DSTATCOM控制器的影响,改善了系统的动态性能,保证了系统的闭环稳定性。Through analysis of the single-phase equivalent circuit of hybrid reactive power compensation system,it can be seen that the response speed difference between thyristor switched capacitor(TSC) and distribution static synchronous compensator(DSTATCOM) is the main reason of DSTATCOM’s performance advantages in hybrid reactive power compensation system.In order to eliminate response speed’s impact to DSTATCOM’s performance,a two level coordinated optimization control strategy is proposed.The best matching capacity between TSC and DSTATCOM is also proposed.In order to verify the improved performance of the system,a simulation in the test system is done,the results show that the idea of using two level coordinated optimization control strategy to eliminate the influence of the different response speed between TSC and DSTATCOM is successful.It improves the dynamic performance of the system and ensures the system’s close-loop stability.
