摘  要:在调查黄石沿江冲积土壤的基础上,进行了作物中镉调查。通过混酸(HNO3+HClO4)湿法消解,利用全谱直读等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对几种常见经济作物和蔬菜镉(Cd)的含量进行了测定,采用Excel2003和SPSS16.0对数据进行了处理和分析,并按食品卫生标准和USEPA(美国环境保护署)推荐的人类最大允许摄入RfD(Reference dose)Cd值1μg/kg·d对其进行了安全评价。结果表明:研究区内蔬菜及粮食作物Cd含量一般为根、茎部分大于可食部分;蔬菜可食部分的Cd含量大于粮食经济作物中的含量,可食部分Cd含量最高值出现在茄子中,为1.215mg/kg(干重),其次为空心菜和辣椒,分别为1.099mg/kg、0.558mg/kg,而花生、玉米、黄豆等经济作物的Cd含量在株体不同部位中都比较低;Cd在作物体内的迁移能力为根部-茎部>茎部-可食部分;研究区内以空心菜为代表的叶菜类和以辣椒、茄子为代表的茄果类蔬菜部分已受到Cd的轻微污染。Investigation of Cd in crops was carried out following the investigation of Cd in the alluvial soil along the Yangtze River in Huangshi City. Through the mixed acid (HNO3 + HClO4) wet digestion, the whole spectrum of direct-reading plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) measurement,spss16.0 and Excel 2003 for data processing, Cd contents in several common economic crops and vegetables were measured and analyzed, its safety was evaluated in accordance with food hygiene standards and RID (Reference dose) value of Cd 1μ g/kg· d recommended by USEPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency). Results show that: in general, the contents of Cd in roots and stems of vegetables and food crops are bigger than that of edible parts; The contents of Cd in edible parts of vegetables are bigger than that of food crops, the highest content of Cd in edible parts appears in the eggplant, which is 1.215mg/kg (dry weight), followed by the water spinach and the hot pepper, being 1.099mg/kg and 0.558mg/kg respectively, while the contents of Cd in the peanut, the corn, the soybean are relatively low; the overall migration ability of Cd in the crops is root - stem 〉 stem - edible part; some of the leaf vegetables taking the water spinach as representative and eggplant fruits taking the hot pepper and the eggplant as representative have been lightly polluted by Cd.
