摘  要:目的:对我院自制的15种内服制剂做了大肠杆菌的快速检定。方法:用MUGIndole(MI)法对制剂的大肠杆菌进行检定。结果:自然污染的15种制剂MI结果均为阴性;除复方莨菪片人工污染大肠杆菌的MI试验结果为阴性外,14种制剂的阳性对照管试验结果均显阳性。进一步对复方莨菪片的处方成分分别做了试验,其结果是,氨茶碱对人工污染大肠杆菌的MI试验结果显阴性;其它成分的MI结果均显阳性。结论:14种制剂对MI法均无影响;氨茶碱对本法有干扰。OBJECTIVE:To detect rapidly Escherichia coli in fifteen kinds of self made internal pharmaceutical preparations.METHODS:To determine Escherichia coli in pharmaceutical preparations by using MUG Indole(M I) method.RESULTS:The M I effects in fifteen kinds of pharmaceuticals by natural pollution appeared completely negative. The reactions of positive contrast trials in fourteen sorts of samples appeared positive except that the M I result of composite hyoscine tablets polluted by Escherichia coli appeared negative. Therefore the components in composite hyoscine tablets had been individually tested. It showed that aminophylline polluted by Escherichia coli appeared negative while other components appeared positive.CONCLUSION:It demonstrated that fourteen kinds of pharmacueticals had no effects on the M I method. But aminophylline interfered with the method. The reasons need to be further studied.
