摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的抢救与护理方法。方法对25例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采取了补液、胰岛素治疗、纠正电解质紊乱及酸碱平衡失调等抢救及治疗措施,并配合有效的护理措施。结果通过积极救治和精心护理,25例患者均治愈或好转出院。结论全面、细致的治疗与护理是糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者抢救成功的有效保证。Objective To explore the rescuing and nursing methods of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis（DkA）.Methods Twenty-five DKA patients were treated with fluid infusion,insulin therapy and correction of electrolyte disorder and acid-base imbalance in coordination with effective nursing interventions.Results Twenty-five patients were discharged from hospital after recovery or improvement following positive rescuing and intensive nursing.Conclusion Comprehensive and intensive treatment and nursing is an effective measure to ensure a successful rescue for DKA patients.
