雪芙蓉胶囊对大运动量训练大鼠运动能力及下丘脑室旁核一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药雪芙蓉胶囊对雄性大鼠力竭游泳时间、血清雄激素水平及下丘脑室旁核神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法:将30只雄性成年大鼠随机分为3组,即安静对照组、游泳组、中药游泳组。中药游泳组每天灌服雪芙蓉胶囊,28天后测试大鼠力竭游泳时间,检测血清睾酮含量,用免疫组织化学方法结合图像半定量方法对nNOS神经元的数量、面积及灰度进行测量和分析。结果:与游泳组比较,中药游泳组大鼠力竭游泳时间延长、血清睾酮增高(P<0.01,P<0.05);nNOS免疫阳性细胞数量和阳性产物面积表达均增加(P<0.05),灰度增加(P<0.05)。结论:中药雪芙蓉胶囊可提高大鼠的运动能力,延缓中枢疲劳,机理可能与此中药提高力竭游泳大鼠血清睾酮水平,同时增强下丘脑室旁核nNOS的表达有关。Objetive：To explore the effects of Xuefurong capsule on the time of exhausited swim,the level of serum testosterone,and expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase （nNOS） within paraventricular nucleus （PVN） in the male rats.Methods：30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups：the sedentary control group,the swimming group,the Chinese-medicine and swimming group.The Chinese-medicine and swimming group were forced to taking Xuefurong capsule every day and lasted 28 days.Then the time of exhausitive swimming of every group were tested,the level of testosterone was examined,nNOS expression within PVN was detected by using ABC immunohis-tochemical technique and semi quantitative.Results：Compared with the smimming group,the time of exhausted swim was prolonged,the level of serum testosterone increased （P0.01,P0.05）;the amount,area of nNOS and the gray degree within PVN all obviously increased （P0.05） in the Chinese-medicine and swimming group.Conclusion：Taking Xuefurong capsules may improve the sports ability,its mechanism might be that Xuefurong capsules increase the level of serum testosterone of exhausted swim rats and enhance the expression of nNOS within PVN at the same time.
