摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数据统计等方法,基于管理学视角,以小城镇体育行政组织、小城镇体育社团等为研究切入点,对闽南三角洲小城镇群众体育管理体制和运行机制进行研究,以期为推动小城镇群众体育发展提供一些参考。This paper uses documental investment and analysis methods to systematically study the current status of grass-roots mass sport administration and its operating mechanism in small town of Southern Fujian;On the basis of summary and analysis,the authors offers several development countermeasure to the confinement factors.
