摘　　要：Sugammadex是一种经过修饰的γ-环糊精．能够与氨基甾类非去极化肌松药形成稳定的复合物从肾脏排泄．迅速逆转肌松作用。并且对深度肌松也能够快速逆转．有助于降低术后残余肌松．是一个接近理想状态的肌松拮抗剂。Sugammadex,a modified y-cyclodextrin, can rapidly reverse neuromuscular blockade induced by aminosteroid nondepolarizing relaxants,including profound blockade. Sugammadex exerts its effect by forming very tight complexes with aminosteroid nondepolarizing relaxants and the complex is excreted completely in the urine. Thus,sugammadex is a nearly ideal antagonist of muscular relaxants and helpful to reduce the residual paralysis rate greatly.
