洁净手术部不同材料包装高压灭菌物品的有效期研究

摘　　要：目的探讨洁净手术部使用全棉布类及医用皱纹纸包装高压灭菌物品的材料成本及有效期。方法将经过统一洗涤后的600个持物钳分为5组,每个持物钳独立包装。A组持物钳用重叠的2块双层棉布包装:B组使用1块双层棉布包装;C组使用1张皱纹纸和1块双层棉布包装(皱纹纸在内,棉布在外);D组使用2张皱纹纸包装;E组使用1张皱纹纸包装。包装后送高压灭菌,将灭菌后样品包按组别装筐,定点存放于洁净手术部的无菌物品储藏间,每周随机从5组各抽取5个持物钳包,取样后送细菌培养,并进行包装成本的核算。结果 D组无菌钳的有效期至少达24周,其次是C组(20周)、E组(18周)、A组(4周)、B组(3周)。每个持物钳单次灭菌所需的包装成本为A组4.16元、B组2.11元、C组3.11元、D组2.06元、E组1.06元。结论应用全棉布、医用皱纹纸包装高压灭菌的手术器械都能达到无菌要求,但保存期限不一致,包装成本也有差异。各医院手术室根据实际情况,灵活搭配,选择最佳的包装材料和包装方式,减少重复消毒和物品损耗,以节约人力、物力资源,降低医疗成本。Objective To explore the effect of cotton and medical sterilization packaging paper as packaging materials on length of validity of autoclaved articles and to explore the cost of each material.Methods A total of 600 pairs of clean transfer forceps were equally divided into 5 groups,and each pair of forceps was supposed to be wrapped solely.Group A were wrapped with 2 pieces of double-layer cotton drape.Group B were wrapped with only one pieces of doublelayer cotton drape.Group C were wrapped first with a piece of medical sterilization packaging paper and then with a piece of double-layer cotton drape.Group D were wrapped with two pieces of medical sterilization packaging paper.Group E were packed with only one piece of medical sterilization packaging paper.After that,all the packages underwent autoclave sterilization,and were kept in groups in the storage room as sterile articles.Five packages from each group were picked out for bacterial culture each week.The cost of the packaging materials of each group was also calculated.Results The length of validity of Group D was at least 24 weeks,followed by group C（20 weeks）,group E（18 weeks）,group A（4 weeks）,and group B（3 weeks） respectively.The costs of the packaging materials for each time of autoclave sterilization were 4.16 RMB in group A,2.11 RMB in group B,3.11 RMB in group C,2.06 RMB in group D,and 1.06 RMB in group E respectively. Conclusion Cotton and medical sterilization packaging paper as packaging materials are able to keep autoclaved articles aseptic,although the packages have different lengths of validity and the costs of packaging materials vary.The operating rooms of different hospitals should carefully consider the packaging materials in the light of their practical condition,select proper packaging materials and packaging methods.In this way,unexpected repeated sterilization and abrasion of the equipment will be dramatically avoided,and more human and medical resources will be saved.Therefore,the medical cost will drop.
