摘　　要：目的:观察两种超滤模式对患者在血液透析中发生低血压的影响。方法:14例维持性血液透析患者采用直线式超滤模式和斜线式超滤模式进行对照观察,比较两组患者发生低血压的次数。结果:斜线式组和直线式组透析前后低血压发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析过程中采用斜线式超滤模式能有效减少透析低血压的发生。Objective：To observe the two ultrafiltration profiling on hemodialysis patients with low blood pressure occurred. Methods：14 cases of hemodialysis patients with linear models and slash type ultrafiltration ultrafiltration mode,controlled study compared two groups the number of patients with low blood pressure.Results：The slash-type group and the linear group compared to the situation before and after dialysis hypotension,a significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：Hemodialysis ultrafiltration process using a slash-type model can effectively reduce the incidence of dialysis hypotension.
