绝经前乳腺癌ER、PR、c-erbB-2的表达与血清E2水平及临床病理相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经前乳腺癌ER、PR、c-erbB-2表达与患者血清E2水平及临床病理因素的关系。方法使用免疫组化SP二步法检测绝经前乳腺癌患者84例ER、PR、c-erbB-2表达状态并与血清E2水平及临床病理资料进行相关性分析。结果ER、PR、c-erbB-2表达与E2无显著相关(P>0.05);乳腺癌组织分级、TNM分期均与ER、PR负相关(P<0.05);组织分级、腋淋巴结转移、TNM分期、肿瘤大小均与c-erbB-2正相关。结论绝经期前乳腺癌患者ER、PR、c-erbB-2表达可能与雌激素水平无关;可能与乳腺癌的组织学分级、腋淋巴结转移、TNM分期和肿瘤大小相关,可联合应用,作为绝经期前乳腺癌患者指导内分泌治疗和预后的指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression level of ER,PR,c-erbB-2 genes and serum E2 level,clinical pathology in the patients with pre-menopausal breast cancers.Methods The expressions of ER,PR and c-erbB-2 genes were detected by two-step immunohistochemistry in 84 premenopausal female patients with primary breast cancer.The relationship of serum E2 level,the clinical pathology were compared and analyzed.Results Among the prognosis indicators of breast cancer,the expression level of ER,PR,c-erbB-2 genes were not significantly correlated with and serum E2 level（P〉0.05）,histological grade of breast cancer,Tumor,nodes,metastasis-classification（TNM） staging were negatively correlated with ER and PR（P〈0.05）.Histological grade of breast cancer,axillary lymph node metastasis,tumor,nodes,metastasis-classification（TNM） staging,the size of tumor were positive correlated with c-erbB-2 genes（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In breast cancer patients before menopause,the ER,PR,c-erbB-2 genes expression level are not possibly correlated with the serum E2 level and correlated with histological grade,axillary lymph node metastasis;tumor,nodes,metastasis-classification（TNM） staging and the size of of tumor.
