摘　　要：目的提高双侧输卵管同时妊娠的临床认识,避免误诊误治。方法报道1例双侧输卵管妊娠临床资料并复习相关文献。结果双侧输卵管妊娠临床表现不典型,术前诊断困难,多数超声仅诊断单侧病变,容易误诊误治。结论双侧输卵管妊娠虽然罕见,但处理棘手,故临床医师应予以重视。Objective To improve the cognition for bilateral tubal pregnancy and to lessen misdiagnosis and false diagnosis.Methods The clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of bilateral tubal pregnancy were analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results The preoperative diagnosis of bilateral tubal pregnancy was difficult and unilateral diagnosis of uitrasoud always leading to misdiagnosis and mistherapy due to its non-typical clinical features.Conclusions Although the bilateral tubal pregnancy is rare,it maybe difficult treatment for clinician,therefore the clinician should pay more attention on it.
