摘　　要：界定了电信运营企业物流的相关内涵,介绍了电信运营企业物流的干系人、节点和构成;通过分析供应物流、维护物流和废弃物流的特征,提出了电信运营企业循环物流的概念并介绍了电信运营企业循环物流的过程。最后,从循环物流的角度,指出了在电信运营企业实行物流集成运作的必要性。The paper first defines several related notions of the enterprise logistics of telecommunications operators and introduces its stakeholders,nodes and components;then through analyzing the characteristics of its supplies logistics,maintenance logistics and waste logistics,puts forth the concept of circular logistics of telecommunications operators and introduces its working process;finally from the perspective of circular logistics,points out the necessity of logistics integration for the telecommunication operators.
