摘　　要：首先进行了相关的文献回顾,在此基础上对银行、物流企业和融资企业的风险分别进行了分析,提出了我国物流金融风险评价体系,为规避物流金融业务过程中的风险提供了研究框架,最后对物流金融的参与主体提出了建议。After a review of relevant literatures,the paper analyzes the risks open to the banks,logistics enterprises and financial institutions,proposes the risk evaluation system of logistics finance in China,providing a research framework for the risk aversion in logistics financial transactions,and finally puts forth suggestions for the participants of logistics finance.
