摘 要:目的研究X射线全脑照射后,小鼠海马组织细胞凋亡以及病理形态学改变情况。方法 48只ICR小鼠随机分为12组,照射组采用辐照剂量为4、10、18Gy的X射线一次性全脑照射,并设立相应的对照组,各组在照射后的4、12、24h点取小鼠海马组织,用Hoechst染色检测细胞凋亡情况。结果 X射线照射后,细胞凋亡率随着剂量的增高逐渐增加,细胞凋亡率在照射前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在各剂量组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率最高峰出现在照射后12h。结论在本试验条件下,X射线照射可诱导小鼠海马组织细胞凋亡,在一定剂量范围内,细胞凋亡率有剂量依赖性并具有时间规律性。Objective To observe the effect of X-ray radiation on apoptosis and pathological changes of hippocampus in mice. Methods 48 ICR mice were randomly divided into 12 groups. The mice in the experimental groups received whole brain X-ray radiation at different doses(4,10 and 18 Gy),and control group was not irradiated. Hippocampus tissues of mice obtained at different time points after radiation (4,12 and 24 h). The apoptotic cells were counted after Hoechst staining. Results X-ray radiation induced apoptosis of hippocampus in mice,and the number of apoptotic cells varied with the radiation dose. Significant difference of the number of apoptotic cells was noted after radiation ( P 0. 05),and the number of apoptotic cells was also significant between among radiation dose groups ( P 0. 05 ). The number of apoptotic cells got its peak at 12h point after radiation. Conclusion X-ray radiation might induce apoptosis of hippocampus in mice,which depends on the radiation dose and following definable time course.
