摘　　要：[目的]研究宁波3号培养液和f/2培养液对小球藻生长的影响。[方法]在相同条件下,分别用宁波3号和f/2培养液对小球藻进行为期7 d的培养,每天上午用血小球计数器在显微镜下对2种培养液中的小球藻计数。[结果]前4 d在f/2中生长的小球藻优于宁波3号培养液中生长的小球藻,第5天以后,也就是处于指数生长期和稳定期的小球藻在宁波3号培养液中的生长比在f/2中生长得快,在数量上明显占有优势。[结论]在相同条件下,宁波3号培养液相对f/2培养液更有利于小球藻的生长。[Objective] The effects of Ningbo No.3 culture medium and f/2 medium on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris were studied.[Method] Under the same condition,Ningbo No.3 medium and f/2 medium were used for the cultivation of Chlorella vulgaris for a week.A small ball of blood under a microscope was used to count Chlorella vulgaris in two types of culture medium in every morning.[Result] In the first four days,the growth in f/2 medium was better than that in Ningbo No.3 medium.The fifth day after,that is,in the exponential phase of growth and stability in the period of Chlorella vulgaris in Ningbo No.3 medium,the growth of the culture medium was better than that in f/2 medium.There was an obvious advantage in terms of quantity.[Conclusion]Under the same condition,Ningbo No.3 medium was more conducive to the growth of Chlorella vulgaris compared with f/2 medium.
