高血压脑出血超早期手术的麻醉处理

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血超早期手术病人的麻醉处理方法。方法对106例高血压脑出血超早期手术病人的麻醉过程进行回顾性分析。106例病人均实施气管内插管静脉复合全身麻醉及控制性降压。结果麻醉效果良好,手术顺利。术中除7例病人出现严重心肺并发症外其余99例生命体征较平稳,全组病例均度过手术期,麻醉手术期间无死亡。结论气管内插管静脉复合全身麻醉并控制性降压是高血压脑出血超早期手术病人的安全合理的麻醉方法 。Objective To explore the anesthesia in patients undergoing very early operation for hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage（HIH）.Methods The records of anesthesia of 106 patients underwent surgery for HIH were reviewed retrospectively.The surgery was done under combined endotracheal intubation and intravenous general anesthesia with controlled hypotension.Results The anesthesia was good,the procedure was uneventful.Vital signs were stable in 99 patients but seven with severe heart and lund complications.All the patients survived during the perioperation.Conclusion Endotracheal tube and intravenous general anesthesia combined with controlled hypotension is safe and reasonable for patients undergoing surgery for very early stage of HIH.
