摘 要:介绍了逆变电阻点焊电源的优势,分析了国内外近20年逆变电阻点焊电源的研究现状。着重从电源系统、质量监控方法、电源设备的进展三个方面综述了逆变电阻点焊电源的研究现状,并指出存在的主要问题。最后根据逆变电阻点焊电源的特点及应用范围探讨了电源的研究趋势,指出高性能化、并联化及模块化、数字化、智能化将是电源研究的主要方向,并从逆变点焊机器人及柔性工作站、焊机功率两个方面展望了国内逆变电阻点焊电源的发展前景。In this paper,introduces the advantages of inverter-based resistance spot welding power source,analyzes its research status in recent two decades,in which the power system,quality control method,the progress of power equipment are reviewed in details,and then points out the main problems about inverter-based resistance spot welding power source.At last,discuses the research trend according to its characters and applied ranges and then points out that high-performance,parallel and modularization,digitalization, intelligence are considered as the main research directions.At the same time,prospects the research directions of inverter -based resistance spot welding power source at home according to two aspects of inverter -based resistance spot welding robot and flexible workstation,welder power.
