柳兰传粉生物学研究

摘　　要：试验以原产黑龙江省小兴安岭经驯化栽培的野生柳兰为试材,通过室外挂牌标记定株观察、培养基法、联苯胺-过氧化氢法等方法,对其开花习性和传粉昆虫访花行为、花粉活力及柱头可受性等生物学特征进行研究。结果表明：柳兰花期从6月中旬到8月下旬,单株花序花期约49 d,单株小花数约70~130朵,小花花期一般为2~3 d,花药散粉时,花柱仍未伸长,花药与柱头之间有空间间隔和时间间隔,同朵花自花授粉机会很低,繁育系统属于异花授粉方式,且需要传粉者。在实验室条件下,柳兰花粉活力不高,开花当天至花2 d柱头可受性逐渐升高后下降。Taking Chamaenerion angustifolium（Lo）Scop was wild flower as experiment material,which originates Heilongjiang Province of Xiaoxinganling and domesticated.In the flowering season,we observed the continuous time on the behavior of the petals opening and the habit of the pollinators.The pollen viability and the stigma acceptability were measured by medium,Benzidine-H2O2.The Results showed that according to our observation,flowering of C.angustifolium took place from mid June to late August.The flowering period of individual lasted on average 49 d,and there were 70~130 flowers in a single individual.Flowering time of a single flower lasted 2~3 d,When the flowers were in male phase（anther dehiscence）,the flowers were undeveloped into female phase（pistil recipient phase）;so there were little chance for later flowers pollinating earlier flowers in the same inflorescence.There were both temporal and spatial isolations of♂and♀organs within each flower of C.angustifolium.According to cruden the breeding system of C.angustifolium was outcrossing,and demanded for pollinators.Under laboratory conditions pollen viability was not high and Stigma acceptability gradually rise to last out 2 days after the petals opening,subsequently started to decline.
