食用菌高效制种及栽培技术研究

摘　　要：通过多年实践,总结出用谷粒、麦粒、树木枝条、一次性卫生筷子等快速制取食用菌的母种、原种、栽培种和熟料栽培技术。应用此技术菌种及栽培袋,发菌快、污染少、菌丝壮。可以缩短栽培周期,提高了栽培棚的利用率,从而降低了生产成本。The cultivating technology of preparation for mother culture,stock and cooked cultivating material of edible fungi with grain,wheat,branch and disposable chopsticks was summarized through practice.The strain and cultivating bag spawn running rapid,low pollution and mycelium strong with this cultivating technology.And it could shorten the cultivation cycle and improve utilization ratio of cultivation shed.So the cost of production was reduced.
