摘  要:研究了镀锌钢板的磷化工艺,优选了镀锌钢板磷化液的辅助成膜剂并测定了磷化膜的性能,其耐蚀性;耐碱蚀性好,与油漆结合力牢,磷化液沉渣少容易维护和调整。The processing stability of conductive SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber (/carbon black (CB) coating composite was studied. The results of experiment show that the resistance of the coating composites has a temperaturc-sen-stive character. Three kinds of filming method, film forming by solution.thermal mould pressing and mould pressing at room temperature .are compared. The processing stability of resistance of coating composites at room temperature (~20℃)is fairly higher by means of mould pressing(70℃) than by solution. The pressing stability of the ratio of resistance (ratio between the maximum of resistance and the resistance at room temperature :Rmax/Rrr) is relatively bad with three methods mentioned above. However,the stability of the ratio of resistance can be improved by heat treating appropiately.
