摘　　要：通过磷酸酯的协同效应,配制带锈防腐蚀涂料。On the basis of studying and researching the technological parameter such as the density of current, the time of electroplating, the concentration of the bases. the temperature of electroplating and pH etc, the paper consa-mates the technologcal process of manufactering diamond glass piercer. And 5000 sample products have been man-ufactered successfully by using this method. The quality is good, the cost is low,the economic benefit is conspicuous too.
