摘　　要：通过对DNA分子结构发现案例的梳理,探讨科学发现过程中一些重要的因素。认为:强烈的兴趣与执着的追求、敏锐的洞察力、密切的合作与协同、充分的学术思想交流和科研信息获取、各种科学研究方法的熟练运用等要素是现代科学做出重大发现所必备的。Through analyzing the discovery process of molecular structure of DNA,this paper discovers some important elements in the process of scientific discoveries,holding that strong interest and clinging pursuit,acute insight,tight cooperation and coordination,sufficient intercommunion in research and attainment of scientific research information,as well as adept use of all methods of scientific research are necessities in crucial discoveries in modern science.
