集对分析在林区工业企业投资方案中的应用

摘　　要：目前关于定性指标量化的研究尚不完善,使得综合评价过程中定性与定量指标评价标准不一致,加大了综合评价与方案选优的难度。针对这一问题,提出一种基于集对分析理论的综合评价方法。集对分析方法以联系度概念为基础建立评价指标的同异反评价矩阵,利用集对势势序与势能对评价结果进行分析,从而得到多个备选方案的优劣排序。在林区工业企业投资方案中的应用集对分析方法,其优势明显。Present quantitative study on the qualitative indicators is not perfect,makes the evaluation process of comprehensive qualitative and quantitative indicators of evaluation criteria are inconsistent,increase the comprehensive evaluation and the difficulty of Alternatives.To solve this problem,proposed a theory based on set pair analysis comprehensive evaluation.Set on the analysis method based on the concept to establish connection degree evaluation with IDC evaluation matrix,set on the potential use of potential and potential energy of the order.
