摘　　要：目的:观察吉妮致美宫内节育器(IUD)的临床应用效果。方法:选择300例月经后放置吉妮致美IUD的已婚育龄妇女,于放置后1、3、6、12个月进行观察随访。结果:300例置器者12个月内IUD自然脱落4例(1.33%),带器妊娠3例(1%),因症取出6例(2%),续用率95.7%,不良反应少。结论:吉妮致美IUD避孕效果明显,具有续用率高,脱落率低,不良反应少的优点。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Geneflex intrauterine device （IUD）. Methods：300 healthy fertile women were chosen and placed with Geneflex IUD after menstruation. They were followed up by 1,3,6,12 months later after the manipulation. Results：Over 12 months the cases of expulsion of Geneflex IUD were 4 （1.33%）,the cases of pregnant with Geneflex IUD were 3 （l%）,the cases of withdraw Geneflex IUD were 6 （2%）,the continuous rate of Geneflex IUD was 95.7% ,the side effect was hess. Conclusion：The effect of contraception of Geneflex IUD was evidently, it has advantages of high continuous rate,low expulsion rate and low side effects.
