摘 要:上海某越江隧道西线盾构在穿越黄浦江边一处最深达43 m的深层高压旋喷桩加固区时,由于加固体不均导致泥水舱吸口不畅,在采用正逆洗反复切换艰难地推进一段距离后,发生了严重的地面塌陷及主副吸口全部堵塞的险情。文章对比分析了各种可能的处理方案,并通过对逆洗时刀盘与泥水舱内障碍物受力状态的分析计算,确定了连续逆洗推进方案的可行性。采用该方案后,盾构成功穿越了剩余的加固区,很快恢复到了正常掘进状态,避免了在高气压条件下的反复开舱作业。When a slurry shield drived through the area reinforced by jet grouting piles near Huangpu River with a max cover depth of 43m in Shanghai,suction jam often happened in working chamber due to the inhomogeneous mass.After a distance of very difficult and slow driving by switching from normal to reverse circulation conditions continuously,serious ground subsidence and suction jam happened.A solution of driving in reverse circulation mode continuously was adopted after analyzing the torque of the cutter disk and the stresses of the mass in working chamber,the rest section was successfully passed through and the normal circulation was re-established soon after.This avoided to open the working chamber under high pressure.
