摘　　要：目的探讨骨骼化断流加壁内断流术治疗门静脉高压症出血疗效。方法回顾性分析自2003-06～2008-06住院的门脉高压症出血行骨骼化断流加壁内断流术67例患者的临床资料,并对所有患者进行随访。结果即时止血率100%,无手术致死患者。所有患者得到随访,随访时间3个月至5年。随访期间病死4例,手术后3、6个月肝功能以及食管静脉曲张明显改善。结论骨骼化断流加壁内断流术是治疗门脉高压症出血科学、安全、有效的术式,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of skeletonized disconnection and intramural disconnection on bleeding of portal hypertensive patients. Methods A retrospective clinical analysis about the effects was made in 67 cases of portal hypertensive patients, who had admitted to authors＇ hospital and were subjected to skeletonized discannection and intramural disconnection from June 2003 to June 2008; all the patients were followed-up. Results The immediate hemostasis rate was 100% and there was not operative death. All the patients received from 3 months to 5 years of follow-up; 4 cases were dead within the duration of follow-up; other patients＇ liver function and esophageal varices were improved obviously later 3, 6 months after operation. Conclusion The skeletonized disconnection and intramural disconnection procedure is a rational, safe and effective one. It is worth for popularizing and applying.
