摘  要:对低能耗水力旋流器内的湍动压力场的时均结构与脉动结构进行了系统研究。结果表明,低能耗旋流器中的压力场结构与普通旋流器内的相比,无论是压力场的时均结构还是脉动结构都有较大区别,并就此探讨了旋流器内能耗降减的机理,最后提出了水力旋流器单元操作过程中能耗降减的原理与有效方法。A systematical research was conducted for the time averaged structure and fluctuating structure of the turbulent pressure distribution in the low energy consumption hydrocyclones.The result shows that there was a great difference between the low energy consumption hydrocyclones and the conventional cyclones in the time averaged structure and the fluctuating structure of the perssure distribution,the energy consumption reduction mechanism in hydrocyclones was discussed,and the energy consumption reduction principles of hydrocyclones and efficient methods in unit operation were proposed.
