锦纶6微细纤维聚合、纺丝工艺探讨

摘　　要：通过工艺调整和设备改造,在从意大利NOY公司引进的常规POY纺丝线上成功地生产了0.9～1.0dtex的锦纶6微细纤维。本文从聚合和纺丝工艺、设备以及油剂防腐三方面介绍了生产经验。Through Processing adjustment and equipment modification, nylon microfilaments with 0. 9-1.0dpf were successfully produced on the normal POY spinning line imported from NOY Ltd of Italy. In this paper, production experiences were introduced in the respects of polymerizing and spinning process, equipments as well as antifungal treatment of spinning finish.
