摘　　要：目的:探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对颈内静脉扩张症的诊断价值。方法:对39例颈内静脉扩张症患者行二维超声检查,测平静呼吸时的内径与做Valsalva动作时比较,并与健侧比较,再行彩色多普勒检查。结果:患侧与对侧同水平正常节段颈内静脉相比,管径增加到1.8～2.5倍,病变处的血流为涡流。结论:超声是诊断颈内静脉扩张症最为简便、快捷、无创、首选的方法。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in internal jugular vein expansion.Methods：To analyze the ultrasound change in 39 cases of internal jugular vein expansion.First,two-dimensional ultrasound examination was conducted to measure the diameter of internal jugular vein in eupnea and compared with that in Valsalva experiment and in the normal side.Then,color Doppler inspection was performed.Results：On the same level with the contralateral, the diameter of internal jugular vein was expanded by 1.8-2.5 times that of the normal side.The blood stream of the lesion is the vortex flow.Conclusion：Ultrasound diagnosis of internal jugular vein expansion is a simple,convenient, non-invasive and preferred method.
